Ingredients – serving 1
- 2 10-inch whole grain tortillas
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 bell pepper, cut into slices
- 1/2 cup spinach
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cheddar cheese, grated carrots, and yogurt. Mix well until a spread form.
- Add half of the cream cheese filling into the center of each tortilla. Use a knife to evenly spread the cream cheese filling around the tortilla (making sure to leave the outer edges free of any toppings).
- Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup of spinach, 1/2 of the peppers, 3 slices of deli turkey. Tightly roll each tortilla.
