Ingredients – 6 servings
- 1-pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8-ounce lettuce
- 1 cup of tomatoes
- 3/4 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles diced
- Green onions, 1-bunch
- Thousand island for dressing
Instructions
- Add the ground beef or turkey to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart with spatula and season with the seasoned salt and pepper. Cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.
- Meanwhile, dice tomatoes, separate and clean lettuce, dice onions and chop pickles.
- Place lettuce in bowl, add 1/2 cup beef, 2 tablespoons tomatoes, 1 tablespoon pickles, onions, 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 tablespoon dressing.
