Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients – serving (1)

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 of a ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries, frozen or fresh

Instructions

  1.  Wash your hands with soap and water
  2. In a 16-ounce mason jar, combine and mix the oats, chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and mashed banana. Stir the ingredients together until combined and the oats are completely covered in liquid.
  3. Place the blueberries on the top of the oats. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 5 hours.
  4.  Enjoy!
