Ingredients – serving 4
- 2 cups grated cauliflower, from the florets
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower with a box grater, use the florets, you can also use a food processor, remove the florets and pulse with the food processor until the mixture is the texture of gravel.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat 2 cups of grated cauliflower in a skillet, this will dry the cauliflower out and cook it, stir and continue to cook until there is less steam, don’t let the cauliflower get brown.
- Let the cauliflower cool.
- Mix the cooled grated cauliflower, 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 1 egg beaten, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended.
- Put the dough on a baking dish covered with parchment paper.
- Use you clean hands to make into any shape, make sure the shape is even and 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the cauliflower crust for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
- Add your pizza sauce toppings and baker for about 10 minutes more.
- Carefully put the pizza on a cooking rack to the crust doesn’t get steamy from leaving on the parchment paper. After 5 minutes put the pizza on the pan and cut and eat.
