We provide specialty clinics and resources to help treat and manage diabetes and other diabetes-related complications.
- Diabetes Clinic: Monthly clinics provide multidisciplinary patient-centered care.
- Visit with a primary care provider.
- Quarterly labs
- Diabetes self-management education
- Medical nutrition therapy (MNT)
- Dietitian Visit: Registered Dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy to prevent & treat chronic disease, promote good health, and improve quality of life.
- Shoe Clinic: Patients with diabetes can receive one pair of specialty fitted shoes every 18 months.
- Nephrology: The nephrologist provides services 2 days a month to help patients maintain blood pressure & kidney health.
- Podiatry: A foot specialist provides care to our patients 4 times per month for conditions such as plantar fasciitis (foot pain), ingrown toenails, and wound management.
- JVN Clinic: Joslin Vision Network Teleophthalmology Program provides patients with a noninvasive screening for diabetic retinopathy and other eye conditions.
