Ingredients – serving 12-24 bites
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Water, if needed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to mix.
- Add oats, chocolate chips, flax seeds, raisins, and coconut. Stir well to combine all. Add more oats or liquid if needed.
- Using your hands or a scooper; form mixture into balls.
- Eat right away or store in the fridge/freezer. Enjoy!
