PB & J Overnight Oats

Ingredients – serving (1)

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberry slices

Instructions

  1.  Wash your hands with soap and water.
  2. Measure each ingredient and add into jar.
  3. Combine ingredients.
  4. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Enjoy!
