Ingredients – 4 servings
- 1 head cabbage, around 8 cups finely shredded
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 purple onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place shredded cabbage, chopped red pepper, and chopped purple onion into bowl.
- Mix dressing with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, basil, stir and pour over other ingredients, stir, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
