Ingredients – serving (1)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 Medjool date pitted and chopped
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons chopped pecans
Instructions
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Measure each ingredient and add into jar.
- Combine ingredients.
- Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy!
