Yogurt Covered Strawberries

Ingredients – serving 1

  • 12 fresh strawberries
  • 10 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt

 Instructions

  1.  Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. To dry, dab strawberry with paper towels.
  2. Prepare a plate with parchment paper for resting the strawberries.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the yogurt, swirling to coat. Freeze coated strawberries for 1 hour.
  4. Serve immediately for best taste.
