Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water + more as needed to blend
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, water, and frozen zucchini. Blend until smooth.
- Add the bananas, oranges, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well blended. Add a little water if it is too thick to blend.
- Pour into cups and drink immediately.
