Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1-2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 cups of skim milk or soy milk
- Water as needed to blend
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the milk and spinach. Process until well blended.
- Add the strawberries and bananas. Blend until smooth and well blended. Add additional milk or water if it is too thick to blend.
- Pour into cups and drink immediately.
